The Winona County DFL, your Democratic Party, uses donations to support our grassroots organizing. The DFL’s local volunteers donate their own time organizing events, making phone calls, and knocking on voters’ doors. These volunteers make sure Winona County knows when to vote for the DFL’s responsible leaders who believe in America and every Americans’ pursuit of happiness.

Your donation indirectly supports the work of local and state representatives. The DFL’s Democratic candidates and representatives spend their days representing you and your needs in Minnesota’s own state capital in St. Paul.

Your donation also indirectly supports your Democrats in office or seeking office in Washington DC in the House of Representatives and Senate.

The Minnesota Political Contribution Refund program allows individuals to donate $75 (or $150 per couple) to the Winona County DFL and be completely refunded by the State of Minnesota. We’ll send you a receipt, a refund form, and instructions on how to apply for the refund.
